We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to join The Winfield Creative team!

This is a part-time, primarily in-person role (25 hours/week), based out of Hula, Burlington's premier coworking space on the Lake Champlain waterfront, with some remote flexibility. You'll support organic social media execution across a portfolio of client accounts.

You'll work closely with Brittany, our Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer, managing day-to-day content, captions, community engagement, and strategy for clients, while helping bring brand strategy to life online.

You're a great match if:

• You have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications

• You have a strong grasp of Meta platforms and social media trends

• You're skilled in Canva and short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Stories)

• You write compelling, on-brand captions and understand brand voice

• You're highly organized and comfortable managing multiple client accounts

• You're based in Vermont and able to travel locally for content sessions

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day social media execution across assigned client accounts

• Write on-brand captions tailored to each client's voice and audience

• Schedule and publish content using TWC's social tools

• Monitor, engage with, and grow client communities

• Collaborate with creative partners on content creation and editing

• Support local Vermont content creation sessions

• Assist with monthly client strategy

Role Details:

• Part-time, W2 employee at 25 hours/week

• $18/hour

• $150/month health stipend

• Hula coworking membership, with access to free parking, free coffee, free printing and free community event

• Paid sick time, accrued per Vermont law
