Social media shouldn’t cost you your peace.

If you’ve ever…

  • spent more time creating posts than actually connecting with your audience

  • felt like you’re showing up online but no one’s really engaging back

  • wondered if your time on social media is actually worth it

…you’re not alone.

Most business owners know they should be engaging online, but without a clear system, it’s easy to pour in effort without seeing results. That’s where the 555 Rule comes in. This simple, intentional engagement strategy shows you exactly how to spend just 15 minutes on social media so every moment you’re online moves your business forward, without draining your energy.

This World Mental Health Day, it’s time to put yourself back on the priority list, starting with a more mindful, effective approach to social media.

Hi, I’m Brittany Winfield 👋

Before starting my business, I spent five years working in the mental health field, supporting individuals and families in finding the resources they needed to live. That experience shaped how I approach my work today.

Advocating for accessible mental health resources is still close to my heart, which is why I’m proud to partner with organizations like Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. They’ve played an integral role in my own reproductive health journey, providing access to the sexual and mental health information and care I needed at different stages of my life.

Through The Winfield Creative, I’ve taught hundreds of business owners how to simplify their social media strategies. But more importantly, how to do it in a way that protects their peace and energy. This workshop is more than a class, it’s a chance to connect, learn, and give back to a cause that helps keep our communities strong.
