Marketing & Content Intern
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of digital marketing: social media, email, website, branding, events, and beyond.
Marketing & Content Intern
** Now accepting applications for Spring 2026! **
We’re looking for a curious, creative, and self-motivated Marketing & Content Intern to join The Winfield Creative team. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a variety of marketing channels (social media, blogging, podcasting, and email) all while helping grow the visibility of a vibrant, women-owned business. You’ll work directly with our Chief Inspiration Officer (aka Brittany!) in a remote setting, building and executing strategies that spotlight our content and community.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management

Create weekly content themes and repurpose across platforms

Draft blog posts aligned with podcast topics
-
Edit and distribute podcast episodes using Descript and Kajabi
- Write and schedule social media posts using Metricool
Research & Strategy
-
Stay up to date on social media trends and algorithm updates
-
Brainstorm content ideas based on industry trends and audience interests
-
Assist with keyword research and blog SEO
-
Monitor performance and use data to refine content plans
Email & Website Support

Draft email newsletters in Kajabi
-
Segment contact lists and monitor open/click rates
-
Help brainstorm content upgrades or downloadables
Design & Branding Support

Create graphics and visual assets using Canva
-
Maintain consistency across all content

Organize brand assets and templates in shared folders

Admin &Â Communication

Attend weekly virtual strategy meetings

Use Notion to track tasks and project timelines

Communicate asynchronously to keep things moving
You're a great match if:

You’re currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Broadcasting, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field

You want hands-on experience with cross-platform content marketing
-
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to work independently

You love writing, content planning, and staying on top of digital trends

You’re familiar with or eager to learn tools like Canva, Kajabi, Descript, and Metricool

Internship Details:

Open to Champlain College students
-
130–140 hours total (10 hours/week over 15 weeks)

Unpaid, credit-bearing internship

Fully remote with weekly virtual meetings

Internal-facing role (no client work)

No final project required
